a bagel shop. We're a coffee shop, a sandwich
shop, a soup shop, a smoothie and salad shop,
a deli, a smoked fish catering shop as well.
So many choices and combos that the possibilities
are endless. Customers rarely walk out
of the Bagel Junction with only one product
in their hands.
Some stores you
go into all the bagels are the same size and
shape. You know they are machine made.
We do ours by hand so there is room for human
error. The dough is formed in a giant
mixer, rolled, cut and shaped by hand.
The result is a variety of plump round shapes
that speaks for the authenticity of our product.
All of our cream cheeses are naturally flavored
and blended in house. All of our salads-Tuna,
Chicken, Whitefish etc. are made on premises
as well.

Café and Caterers Bagels are mixed and baked on
premises from scratch throughout the day.
Our Bagels are kettle boiled and baked the traditional
